I’ve been in kitchens since I was 15 years old, but pursuing it professionally for more then 10 years. I’ve progressed from apprentice to head chef, and moved from the countryside to cities. I have worked and staged my way through hatted restaurants around the world which has led me to consult on menu’s for world class bars and restaurants, catered weddings, held sold out pop ups and takeovers in Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand.
More recently I jumped on to head chef the 150 seater Emerald Room Restaurant in Darlinghurst where I also launched the intimate culinary experience - The Chefs Table. A 5 seater 6 course (plus arrival cocktail made by me) vegan degustation that explored wild foraged and native ingredients while playing homage to local artists and ceramicists around NSW.
The Chefs Table operated from June 26th to September 28th 2024.
In October 2024, I moved on from the Emerald Room to pursue other creative projects around Australia.

Hosting at The Waratah in Darlinghurst Sydney on Tuesday the 8th of April, find the World Class National Finalist and Australia's Top 25 Bartender, Tom Opie slinging a matching 4 non-alc pairing highling NON's amazing array of beverages with Chef Elijah Attards (Best Bar Food of the Year Award 2024) wild foraged and local produce forward vegan 4 course menu.
All for just $85pp.
Tom and Elijah will be highlighting the very best of Australian fresh and native produce while easing you in for a fun night to remember.
Seatings are limited to 6pm (sold out) and 8.30pm.
