Aussie Nostalgia at PS40

Over two nights at PS40 we recreated Australian classic foods like the Splice, Mango Weis, Burger with the Lot, Chips and Tomato Sauce and more - over 4 delicious courses.

Our goal here was to bring back the naughties nostalgia of australian food. Revisiting what we grew up with and imagining what would it be like completely vegan and with a native ingredient twist. This was the second Aussie Nostalgia pop up at PS40 that received a great crowd over both nights.
