Elijah Takes Over Rude Boy Donuts

Elijah was tasked with creating his ultimate dream of 3 donut flavours that represent his passions as a chef. Combining that with Ash’s incredibly fluffy donuts, this night was set to be the best vegan donuts Sydney had to offer - for ONE NIGHT ONLY.
On Tuesday the 25th of February from 8.30pm until SOLD OUT, you could purchase a box of 3 or 6 donuts picking either one or three flavours Elijah had specifically created to match with Ash’s incredible donuts.

Chef Elijah Attard’s passion for native food stems from his experience at Wollongongs’ Caveau restaurant whose menu paid homage to it’s local produce farmers, wild foraged and Australian native ingredients.
From Caveau, Elijah’s love of native ingredients grew at Yellow restaurant, as he sourced to showcase the best and most unique traditional foods in order to really represent what Modern Australian cuisine should be.
He went on to host a sling of sold out vegan degustation around Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand before showcasing his passion for multi course intimate vegan degustations at the limited time only Chefs Table at the Emerald Room. Elijah sources his native ingredients from first nations owned businesses like Warndu, Naway Yila Buradja and Indigiearth.
This was not a ticketed event, only first in first served!
